RMCA is a part of Ericssons Full Stack Revenue Manager product. A Business support systems that deals with orders, payment, revenues, product configuration etc. My main responsibility was to make the product configuration part of the product more usable and user-friendly. By listening to user and company needs, me and my team improved the user interface, information architecture and how to interact with the product.

I usually build products and communication solutions for the public, for ordinary people. The end user for this product is an advanced user. A person who probably has an engineering degree and has received both training and documentation on how the product works. A user with different requirements and expectations of the product than the user of a more commercial product.
